Clinical Pharmacists

Pharmacare has more than 16 clinical pharmacists that work in the community with doctors, health professionals, social workers, and family members to support a higher quality of life for every patient and customer. Our success is based on our Specialty Staff’s wide scope of expertise including:

Wellness Team

An essential part of every Pharmacare program is the wellness team who provide support services in the community. This team of Pharmacists, RNs, LPNs and Wellness Coordinators are responsible for educating staff and clients as well as providing health services such as:

  • Diabetes Management
  • Blood Pressure Monitoring
  • Medication Compliance
  • Medication Administration
  • Sexual Health
  • Family Counseling
